How does the AI guest import work?
Upload a CSV, Excel, or Google Sheets file. The AI infers which columns contain names, partners, children, and households, then cleans the data — fixing capitalization, splitting plus-ones, and grouping families. You confirm the inferred columns before any rows are written.
Can multiple planners edit the same seating chart at once?
Yes. Real-time collaboration runs over Supabase Realtime — every move, drag, or seat assignment streams to all connected planners with live cursors and presence indicators.
What table shapes are supported?
Round, rectangle, square, and oval are built in. You can also create custom shapes with arbitrary dimensions to match unusual venue layouts.
How do guests find their seat?
Generate a QR code from your event page; print it on signage. Attendees scan, type their name on their phone, and instantly see their table assignment. No app or account required.
